The short version
- The numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your own browser. They are never sent to our servers, and we do not store them.
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits, and we may show ads from Google, which can use cookies.
Information we collect
Calculator inputs. Calculations run entirely in JavaScript on your device. If a calculator offers to remember your last entries, it saves them only in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.
Usage data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address, pages requested, and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it reports visits in aggregate and does not use cookies to track individual visitors.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and do not sell or share it.
Advertising and cookies
We may use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If and when ads are shown, visitors in regions that require consent (such as the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland) will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent tool before any personalized ads are shown. No ads or advertising cookies are active on the site today.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, delete, or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We link to the IRS and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted on our updates log.
